INTRODUCTION

ZJT Exterior wall putty powder is a white cement & a mineral based putty for use on cement concrete-mortarinterior walls for smoother & stronger adhesion and best suited to minimize paint cost and extend its durability.Use of best quality imported additives and advance manufacturing process makes it better than other wall put-ties due to its better water resistance, workability, smoothness and durability.

USAGE

Mix this product with clean water in the ratio of 1:0.4, stir well and then use. (the dryness depends on the site conditions).

PRODUCTFEATURES

Check the base surface to ensure that it is free of pollution, hollowing, cracks, looseness and powder dropping.The moisture content of the base surface is<10%, and the pH value is 8-10. According to the mixing proportion.first pour water into the container, then add powder, and fully stir with an electric mixer for 5-10 minutes to apaste without particles. After standing for 3-5 minutes, stir again for 3-5 minutes. The second batch scraping canbe carried out only after the first batch scraping is completely dry (24 hours).

NOTES

The mixed putty powder should be used up within 2hours (standard state), the actual operating time depends on thelocal environment.And do not re-usethe dried material that has not been used up.The painting isallowad to apply after one week pol-92.65 cmished. Too early to  sswill easily lead to insufficientstrength of the putty layer, resulting in the problem ofpaint layer peeling off.

While using high elastic coating for top coat (such asstone-like coating), the ground coat paint should withgood permeability and high curing strength.This product is alkaline, when the product contact withskin or eyes will cause irritation, please rinse with waterin time.
