INTRODUCTION

Water-resistant putty powder for interior walls is made of a variety of high-quality natural powders and speciaadditives. lt has excellent adhesion, chalk resistance, water resistance, mildew resistance, and the coating isfine and smoothlt provides a reliable base for following processes.

Standard Procedure

Base treatment:

The wall must be clean and solid, free of dust, mold release agentsand other substances that affect the bonding effect.

For the especially smooth surface of concrete wall and ceiling, moisture-proof gypsum board, renovation of old ceramic tile and etc., thepenetrating interface agent must be applied before the puttying.K:263.58 cmY: 42.24 cmFor high water absorption rate concrete bases, gypsum boards, cal-cium silicate boards, etc,it is recommended to add constructionglue or back-seal the painting interface agent during mixing, andthen apply putty powder;

The putty should be applied after the curing period of the newlyplastered cement mortar wall finishing.(>14days)Ifthere is a crack of more than 3mm in the base layer, it should berepaired with polymer anti-crack mortar before applying the putty.

Construction Craft:

Mix proportion: putty powder/ water=25kg/9.5-10kgFirstly, fill clean water into the container; secondly, add puttypowder; thirdly, stir well with an electric mixer until the paste issmooth and without grain or precipitation; last, let sit for a few min-utes, and then stirring slightly before actual use.(stirring after standing could avoid the phenomenon of fast drying)Use a scraper to spread the mixed putty powder on the base surface.waiting for 4-6 hours after the first spread, and the second spread canbe applied after the surface is dry.If the putty needs to be polished, add glue while mixing, and polish itafter 70%-80% ofthe putty layer is dry for the last time.1-2 days after the putty layer is completed, polish the left scratchesand uneven place with fine grit sandpaper. Control the polish timewell, do not over-sand.

The coating is allowed to apply after one weekpolished.

NOTES

The construction temperature is controlled at 5-35°CDuring the time using this product, in the case ofstrong wind or high temperature weather, the product would dries too quickly, which may lead to thereduction of the strength and the layer removal. Watering maintenance should be done as soon as theabove situation occurred.If the rainy day lasts for a long time, you shouldavoid applying waterproof putty, and continue towork after the rainy days, If you need to rush work.you can use neutral putty powder instead;

Since latex paint is more sensitive to alkaline baselayers, a layer of alkali-resistant primer must be ap-plied before painting the wall paint to avoid uneven-ness;When using high-elasticity paint for the top coat, analkali-resistant primer with good permeability andhigh curing strength should be used;Within 24 hours after the product is applied, it shouldnot be sprayed with water or rainwater.Otherwise,itwill easily lead to the problemn of powder removal,cracking and shelling of the putty;This product should be tested in a small area beforeapplying it in a large area.

This product is alkaline, when the product contactwith skin or eyes will cause irritation, please rinse withwaterin time.
