INTRODUCTION
ZJT Tile adhesive is a cement-based tile adhesive composed of hight-quality cement,graded aggregate and special addi.tives,which can be used for laying tiles on walls and floors.

Standard Procedure
Base treatment:
The wall must be clean and solid, no hollow, no mold release agents.no wax stains and other substances that affect the bonding effect.
The painted surface should be rough chiseled to expose at least 80%of the original surface.
The newly plastered surface should be maintain for at least 7 daysbefore tiling.
For basement with loose substrates and strong water absorption olsurface dust that is difficult to clean thoroughly, a permeable baselayer interface treatment agent can be applied first to help its sur-face preparation, it helps with tile bonding.
Basement with high water absorption, or in a high temperature anddry environment, get the base surface wet before apply.
Mixing:
Mix tile glue with water in proportion (20kg for powder: 4.5-5kg forwater), note that you should add water first and then pour thepowder. Stir well with an electric mixer until the paste is smooth andwithout grain or precipitation. Then let sit for a few minutes, andthen stirring slightly before actual use which could avoid the phenomenon of fast drying.

NOTES
The construction temperature is controlled at 5-35°C:It is forbidden to add cement, sand and other materials to change the proportion and performance ofadhesive;
Do not re-use the dried material that has not been usedup.
Large-size tiles should be pasted at a height of about1.2 meters per day. After the tile adhesive is com-pletely dry (after 24 hours) , paste another part ofthe tile. To avoid being too heavy to cause squeez
ing and hollowing of the tiles.This product should be tested in a small area beforeapplying it in a large area, after the inspectionmeets the requirements of the drawings, large-scaleconstruction is carried out.After paving is completed, must wait for the tile adhesive to dry completely before proceeding to the nextstep of caulking.This product is alkaline. when the product contactwith skin or eyes will cause irritation, please rinse withwater in time.
