Put TT powder into clean water and stir it into paste. Pay attention to putting water first and then powder. Manual or electric agitators can be used for mixing;The mixing ratio is 25kg of powder, about 6-6.5kg of water, and about 6.5-7.5kg of additives;The mixing shall be sufficient, subject to no raw powder. After mixing, it is required to stand still for about ten minutes and stir slightly before use;The glue should be used within about 2 hours according to the weather conditions (remove the skinned glue). Do not add water to the dried glue before reuse.

Construction suggestions:

Apply the glue on the working face with a tooth shaped scraper to make it evenly distributed and form teeth. Adjust the angle between the scraper and the working face to control the glue thickness. Each time, the coating area is about 1 square meter. Then, the ceramic tile can be kneaded and pressed on the surface within 5 to 15 minutes. The size of the tooth scraper should consider the flatness of the working surface and the convexity and concavity of the back of the ceramic tile;If the groove gap on the back of the ceramic tile is deep or the stone and ceramic tile are large and heavy, double-sided adhesive coating should be carried out, that is, the working face and the back of the ceramic tile should be coated with adhesive at the same time. Pay attention to retaining the expansion joint;After the tiling is completed, the next joint filling process can only be carried out after the mortar is completely dried (about 24 hours).
